Visual Showcase
Project Duration
3 Months
Project Overview
The issue was that clients were not aware that what they can achieve in Cvent and how they can make there websites visually apealing with all the product limitations so I came up with this idea that we should create a Visual Showcase and we can create some beautifull templates to add in Visual Showcase so clients will be able to just pick the template and that template can be used with client’s branding.
My Role
Solo UX/UI Designer
The Problem
The introduction of the new Cvent Flex tool has brought about a range of possibilities for event management; however, it has also generated considerable confusion regarding its capabilities and limitations. Users often find themselves grappling with questions about what can and cannot be achieved with this tool.
One of the primary concerns is the lack of clarity surrounding the functionalities offered by Cvent Flex. While the tool promises enhanced flexibility and customization options, many users are unsure of how to effectively leverage these features to meet their specific needs. This ambiguity can lead to frustration and inefficiencies, ultimately hindering the overall event planning process.
The Goal
The goal is to provide a solution by creating a visual showcase that illustrates the myriad possibilities available to clients through Cvent website templates.
Cvent offers a diverse range of templates designed to cater to various event needs. These templates not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of event websites but also streamline the user experience. By utilizing these pre-designed options, clients can effectively communicate their event details while maintaining a professional online presence.
Moreover, the visual showcase serves as a powerful tool for clients to envision the potential of their event websites. It highlights the customizable features of Cvent templates, allowing clients to tailor their sites to reflect their brand identity and event theme. This flexibility ensures that each website is unique and resonates with the target audience.
Design Process
The process is below explained with all the critical steps.
User Personas
In the initial stage of creating the showcase, we paid special attention to creating user parsonas. Since our templates are user-oriented, we used the Customer Feedbacks.
